GENERAL ENQUIRIES
Who do you typically work with?
I work with women in business, small teams, and growing organisations who want their digital systems to feel clear and manageable. Some are early-stage. Some are established. Most are capable and intelligent but tired of figuring everything out alone.
Do I need to be “good with tech” before working with you?
No. You do not need to know the right terminology or understand the tools fully. You just need to explain what is frustrating you or what you are trying to achieve. We work from there.
What platforms do you specialise in?
I work primarily with MS Office 365, including Outlook. I also support with general digital systems, file storage, workflows, productivity tools and app-based platforms used by small businesses.
What apps do you specialise in?
I offer support with general digital systems, file storage, workflows, productivity tools and app-based platforms used by small businesses. These include, for example, MS Office 365, MailChimp, WordPress, Canva, social media platforms – if your business uses it, I can help (and if I cannot help, I’ll let you know up front). I can find my way around most platforms: they don’t scare me or phase me. And I can work on many platforms, including Macs.
Do you only work with women?
Most of my clients are women in business, including WIBN members, but my services are not exclusive to women. I work with individuals and teams who value clear, practical support.
Are sessions recorded?
If it is helpful, sessions can be recorded so you can refer back to them. This is agreed in advance.
ASTRO ASSIST
How do I know if I need Astro Assist or a subscription?
Astro Assist is best if you have one specific issue you want resolved. If you know exactly what is blocking you and you want to deal with it properly, this is the right option. If you need ongoing support or regular input, a subscription is likely more suitable.
How long will my issue take to fix?
Before we book the session, you tell me what we are working on. I will confirm how long it is likely to take and provide a clear price. Some issues take one hour. Others take more than one session.
Is it done with me or done for me?
It can be either. If you want to understand the process, we work through it together. If you simply want it sorted, I can handle it for you while explaining what I am doing.
OTHER SERVICES
What happens if I do not use my time that month?
Cosmic Coach time does not roll over.
Turbo Tech allows up to one hour to roll forward each month, with a maximum of three hours.
Stardust Strategist is structured weekly, so time is scheduled consistently.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes. If your needs change, we can review your subscription level and adjust accordingly at the end of your minimum term.
What counts as support?
Support includes digital systems, Microsoft 365, file organisation, productivity tools, workflows, business strategy conversations and accountability. If you are unsure whether something falls within scope, just ask.
How do I book my sessions?
Sessions are booked in advance at mutually agreed times. You receive a booking link and confirmation for each scheduled session.
Is Messenger support unlimited under Stardust Strategist?
Messenger support is available between 9am and 9pm for urgent queries. It is designed for short, practical questions or guidance. Larger tasks are handled within your scheduled sessions.
DIGITAL ACADEMY
Do I get lifetime access to courses?
Yes. Once you purchase a course, you retain lifetime access, even if your subscription ends.
Are the courses suitable for beginners?
Yes. The courses are designed to build confidence from the basics upward. They are structured clearly and avoid unnecessary jargon.
Can my team access the courses?
Digital Academy access under Stardust Strategist is for the subscriber.
Team access can be discussed separately for organisations.
CORPORATE COMMAND
How is training customised for our organisation?
Training is built around your systems, your workflow and your objectives. We discuss your priorities first, then design the session content accordingly.
How many people can attend a training session?
Group size depends on the format and objectives. This is agreed during the initial discussion so the session remains effective and interactive.
Do you provide post-training materials?
Yes. Supporting materials and guidance notes can be provided to reinforce learning and support implementation after the session.
Do you offer ongoing support after training?
Yes. Many organisations choose follow-up sessions or ongoing consultancy to ensure training translates into consistent practice.
PAYMENTS & TERMS
What is the minimum commitment for subscriptions?
Cosmic Coach and Turbo Tech have a six month minimum term.
Stardust Strategist has a four month minimum term.
How do payments work?
Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance.
One-off sessions are invoiced and agreed before delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, we discuss this before booking. Subscription terms are clearly agreed in advance.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. Virtual sessions and training can be delivered internationally where time zones allow.
