It's tempting to work 24/7 but you need to set boundaries and give yourself some…

Clear out unwanted and unread emails
Clear out emails
The biggest thing that clutters up our workspace is email from an email list that we don’t read, we haven’t read the last few and we are probably not going to read the next few either. SO CLEAR OUT YOUR EMAILS.
We will have signed up with the best of intentions, downloaded a useful freebie, but now have moved on. One of the things we could regularly do, but probably don’t, is clear out unread and unwanted emails.
FOMO
But what if…….I unsubscribe and then there’s that one golden nugget of wisdom that will transform my life?
Well, answer honestly – how would you know? You’ve not read the last (however many) emails from this list, and if the past is anything to go by, you’ll not open the next few so how will you know? Better to unsubscribe and delete. Stop the angst. Stop with the “what if….”
HOW?
How do I delete emails?
A simple 2 step process
Step 1 – search for the email and unsubscribe – and then you won’t get any more.
Step 2 – search for the email address, highlight all the emails containing that address, and hit delete.
